Genie Lite 0.1.12 - exact signed build for notarization

SUPERSEDED: Use Genie Lite 0.1.13 for the next release. It adds the requested
automatic image-copy default. This 0.1.12 file and checksum remain unchanged.

This is the NEW candidate for the next public release. It supersedes the
0.1.11 handoff. Please use only the installer and checksum below, even if
0.1.11 has already been notarized. No earlier message is needed.

WHAT TO DO
1. Download this DMG and verify its SHA-256 matches exactly. Stop and report
   a mismatch instead of submitting a different file.
2. Submit this EXACT signed DMG to Apple's notarization service using your
   existing local credentials for team WHMK2YX234. Do not rebuild, modify,
   or re-sign the app. Keep Apple credentials on your Mac, not in chat.
3. After Apple returns Accepted, staple Apple's ticket to the DMG, validate
   the staple, and check Gatekeeper acceptance for the DMG and enclosed app.
   If Apple rejects it, return the rejection log rather than changing it.
4. Reply in our existing Messages conversation with the stapled DMG attached,
   the Accepted submission ID, the SHA-256 AFTER stapling, and the staple
   validation / Gatekeeper results. Stapling normally changes the DMG hash.

The release owner will verify the returned file, prepare and sign the matching
updater archive from the verified app, then publish the download and updater.
Do not deploy the website or replace public download files from your machine.
The public default stays on notarized 0.1.10 until the new build is verified.

WHAT CHANGED
- Includes all 0.1.11 features: included server-side AI access with no personal
  API-key onboarding, hosted share links without storage setup, automatic
  clipboard link copying, and optional Copy image. Provider/storage secrets
  stay on the server and are not bundled with the app.
- Fixes the missing-screenshot failure caused by treating the last sampled
  screenshot as the recording end. Uses recording/audio timing instead.
- Invalid individual intent entries, detail-review failures, and malformed
  final-review entries no longer discard other requests' verified screenshots.
  Still validates evidence; does not substitute unrelated images. Whole-call
  AI failures may still prevent visual review.
- The already-deployed shared service has no Genie-imposed daily, cumulative,
  per-IP or request-frequency quotas. Provider/payload constraints still apply.

VERIFICATION
205 backend tests, 22 interface tests and 16 service tests passed. Replaying
the reported failed recording recovered 10 screenshots with cursor trails.
Production build and strict Developer ID checks passed. The DMG was mounted
read-only and its enclosed 0.1.12 app matches the verified build exactly.
Fresh-account native onboarding remains untested. This is a beta candidate,
not yet Apple-notarized; do not announce it as ready for public distribution.
